BACKGROUND
“INIMITABLE CONCEPT” is the theme under which the new unique venture is planned to be carried out by the The Design Shop – a registered firm in Sri Lanka and managed by myself – Sherrard Fonseka. I holds a masters degree in Art & Architecture from the U.K. and I returned to the country in 1994, after living as a student for eight years in the Mediterranean and Europe and started his career in design and construction which he had continued to this day. My knowledge and experience cover different areas of fine arts, mainly painting, architecture and sculpture. Inimitable Concept PROJECTS (PAS)-Paintings + Architecture + Sculpture+..

The M.A.degree which I obtained in 1992 from the U.K. was an interdisciplinary degree in Art & Architecture. It was there that my attention was first drawn to this interconnection or the union between the different disciplines of fine arts. From that time on I have been working towards a specific goal. Finally, all the research work done on this special topic has resulted in a series of projects that reflect this unique feature – an amalgamation of different forms of fine arts. These projects are categorised under “Inimitable Concept PROJECTS”.

OUR MISSION: Interdisciplinary unification

Amalgamating different art forms such as painting, architecture and sculpture (paintarchsculpture) combine with nature.

OUR  INVESTMENT

Pre Construction cost: Produce of all necessary designs, drawings and documentation to complete the project from the start, which includes the following.

• Architectural design concept drawings.
• Construction detailed working drawings.
• 3D models.
• Council drawings for submission and obtaining the approval
• Structural design and drawings.
• Electrical design and drawings.
• Plumbing design and drawings.
• Produce of legal documents including cost/estimates.

OUR OTHER SERVICES

If requested by the investor we provide following services.

•  Choosing a suitable site for outright purchase.
•  If the investor decides to sell the end product, we can assist to find a suitable buyer. Please note that in this, a broker fee is involved which is approved by the government
  of Sri Lanka.

INVESTOR

In Sri Lanka, leisure industry is booming today. There’s a big demand for Holiday Homes and Resorts for out right purchase.  Here the investor has a good opportunity, to make a profitable return by investing in projects mentioned above. The investor has the options of selling the projects out right, leasing out or own and manage.

Legal documents, stating terms of contract, investment and profitability, warrantee etc. will be initially signed by both parties.
